LifeTrack, LLC was formed to provide the service of securing an individuals personal information. Our founders include a medical doctor and a biotechnology specialist who recognized the need for the tools and the services to secure personal information. While other companies have focused on the tools, such as software and hardware that are used to collect and secure your personal data, LifeTrack has focused on helping you use those tools. Our specially trained medical staff will assist you one on one, to collect and secure your critical personal data, such as health records and legal documents.

We understand how challenging and intimidating our health care system can be. That is why we will be there to help you collect and record the information that is the most important to you.

Alex Day is the founder and CEO of LifeTrack. Alex graduated with a B.S. in physics and minored in Russian language and mathematics. Alex has spent most of his career working with early stage technology companies, primarily in the area of Life Sciences. Those include biotechnology companies and pharmaceutical companies. Alex has also managed publicly financed venture capital funds. Mr. Day began the concept of LifeTrack in the fall of 2007 after his wife had a surgical procedure.

Dr. Givens is an emergency physician, speaks four languages, holds a Masters in mathematics and is a co-founder of LifeTrack. When Dr. Givens was approached regarding the concept of LifeTrack, he immediately connected with the importance of the product. As an emergency physician, Dr. Givens understands how much time and effort the LifeTrack products can save healthcare professionals. Often times when Dr. Givens sees a new patient in the ER, he has never met this person before, and knows nothing about them.
